WIT is an alternative arts initiative founded by actor, improviser, teacher and Woking local, Philippa (Pip) Palmer.
Classes at WIT are either led by Pip or by her amazingly talented improv pal, Chris. There’s a bit more about them both below.
Philippa (Pip) Palmer is a professional actress and teacher with over twenty years’ experience. She has Bachelor’s degree in Drama and Theatre studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Acting and a Master’s degree in Teaching (TESOL) with a specialisation in Acting for Communicative Confidence. She has trained in Improv at RHUL, at the Court Theatre Training Company, with Hoopla and with various international and national individual practitioners. Pip performs regularly in London with various teams and is director of both Disco Disco and Caveprov.
Chris Rosser has been a drama teacher for more than twenty years. He has a Master’s Degree in comedy writing and trained in improvisation with UCB in New York, The Groundlings in LA, as well as with Hoopla and the FA here in the UK. He performs regularly around London with teams such as Michelle and Miss and Chris, and has recently relocated to Woking, where he's excited to join the WIT community full time.
